Top tip: Your very own home foot spa

When I get home after a long day at , fill a bowl with warm water , add a cup full of Epsom salts and soak my feet for at least 15 mins.

Epsom was one of the first spa towns in the UK and with it the discovery of the salts. The salts are actually magnesium sulphate and have been used for hundreds of years. As feet absorb the salts relax the muscles, nerves, increase circulation, reduce inflammation, cramps, swelling from trauma and joint pains.

As we come into summer, an Epsom salt foot bath will make your feet feel better, look better and even smell better.
